For homeowners who are still living in the property, we provide occupied home styling that helps balance everyday function with strong market presentation.

Using your existing furniture and décor as the foundation, we arrange and refine each space to feel clean, welcoming, and intentional. This may include repositioning furniture, removing distracting items, simplifying surfaces, styling shelves, refreshing beds and bathrooms, and adding select accent pieces where needed.

You don't need a completely furnished rental package. We'll take the home you already have and add the details that make buyers want to live there.

The goal is not to erase the home’s personality, rather to create a space that feels neutral, spacious, and easy for buyers to connect with.

Initial Consultation: $250

A personalized walkthrough and staging assessment to determine which LOI package is right for your home. Your $250 consultation fee is applied toward any LOI staging package booked within 30 days.

• Up to 30 days of décor rental

• Extension fee - $150 each additional 30 days
